After careful study and testing, we have chosen to stock the following tubing formulations for optimum performance in peristaltic pumping applications Samples are available upon request to test chemical compatibilities. For use with the 010 Series pump head: E-D Plex™ Tubing - black thermoplastic rubber - resistant to many acids and bases - UV resistant - working temperature range of -40° to 265° F - Good abrasion resistance - 65 durometer (Shore A) material - sold in 25 foot rolls in the following sizes: Part# P2000 3/16"ID x 3/8"OD Part# P2001 1/4"ID x 7/16"OD Cilran™ Tubing - translucent white thermoplastic rubber - resistant to many acids salts, alkalis and water based solutions - working temperature range of -40° to 225° F - meets USP VI specifications - 55 durometer (Shore A) material - sold in 25 foot rolls in the following sizes: Part# P2002 3/16"ID x 3/8"OD Part# P2003 1/4"ID x 7/16"OD Tube Lube Extends the life of tubing when used to lubricate the tube roller contact area. A 1-oz sample bottle is included with each 25 foot roll of Cilran or E-D Plex Tubing. Tube Lube is also available in a 1-pint bottle (Part# P2500).
